DOLORES ANN GARD JUSTUS
Dolores Justus' paintings reflect a sensitive and intuitive view, set
within strong and expressive compositions. Working in oils, acrylics
and watercolors, she seeks to capture the essence of place while
bringing us closer to the land we inhabit. Justus reaffirms the
exploratory quality of her art by remarking, “Every element in
nature is unique, yet there is something in it and in us all that we
recognize and respond to. It is those universal aspects that I seek
to communicate.”
