Robert Frank is an established impressionistic landscape painter,
gifted both in oils and pastels. His luminous landscapes have been
actively studied and recognized as a benchmark for aspiring artists.
His critically acclaimed work in contemporary pastel painting has
been a respected presence in numerous art instruction books and
magazine publications. Publication features include: Midwest Art
